- En un bol aparte mezclaremos los huevos, 1 entero y 1 yema por comensal, en este caso serán 2 yemas, y bastante queso parmesano recién rallado lo mezclamos bien y salpimentamos.
- Cuando la pasta y el bacon estén cocidos colaremos la pasta (guardando un poco del agua de cocción) mezclaremos la pasta con el bacon.
- Cuando estén integrados añadiremos el agua de cocción a la mezcla y mezclaremos super rápida para que no se cocine el huevo, toda esta mezcla la pasaremos a la sartén con la pasta que habremos retirado del fuego y mezclaremos hasta que se integre todo, en este punto si veis que queréis la salsa más líquida podéis añadir un poco más del agua de cocción yo he puesto como 1 cazo más o menos.
