Pasado ese tiempo añadimos el champiñón, sal, comino molido, pimienta, pimentón, tomillo y canela a nuestro gusto hay que tener en cuenta que luego volveremos a usar las especias con el pollo, lo cocinamos todo hasta que se haya evaporado el agua y con una espumadera sacamos la verdura y lo reservamos
  4. En ese mismo aceite añadimos un poco más y doramos el pollo una vez salado y condimentado con las mismas especias que hemos usado antes, una vez dorado reservamos aparte
  5. Ha llegado el momento de añadir la sidra para hacer la salsa, la echamos en el aceite y con una espátula vamos raspando el fondo para desglasar todos los jugos que se han quedado pegados del pollo y de la verdura, una vez se haya evaporado el alcohol añadimos la nata y el resto de las especias a nuestro gusto recordar que ya hemos echado antes especias, y lo removemos todo durante un minuto
  6. Cuando ha reducido la salsa es el momento de introducir el pollo y las verduras ya cocinadas mezclándolo todo y cocinarlo entre 30 y 40 minutos con la olla tapada el tiempo es orientativo yo lo tuve 40 minutos y quedó tiernecito y pinchando hasta que esté a nuestro gusto
  7. Servimos en un plato con abundante salsa la verduras y mucho pan
