  7. Cortar en rodajas el puerro eliminando la capa exterior. Añadir a la sartén y saltear otros 5 minutos con sal
  8. Llega la hora de añadir la salsa de tomate frito. Remover bien
  9. Cuando comience a hervir la salsa y las verduras, añadir la soja hidratada y macerada. Remover bien y dejar que se cocine a fuego medio durante 5 minutos sin que se quede sin caldo
  10. Añadir un vaso de fideos finos y otro de agua. Subir el fuego y cuando hierva bajarlo a media potencia. Dejar cocinar otros 5 minutos. Rectificar de sal
  11. Opcionalmente podemos añadir unos cacahuates tostados cuando el líquido empiece a menguar. Esto dará un toque crunchy delicioso
  12. Servir caliente y con poco caldo. Buen provecho
