- Tomar la harina con el huevo, y amasar hasta lograr una masa suave. Si hace falta, agregar un poquito de agua (sólo lo necesario). Dejar descansar.

- Estirar la masa en tiras (yo lo hice en pastalinda). Debe quedar como para tallarines... Finita pero no tanto! Colocar el relleno por encima casi hasta los bordes.


- Enrollar cada porción, envolver en film, y atar las puntas (con el mismo film o con hilo...) Antes, se hacía envolviendo el rollo en un repasador o lienzo blanco... La civilización nos ayuda mucho!!



- Poner agua a calentar. Cuando hierva, agregar los rollos y cocinar manteniendo el hervor durante 20/25'. Mientras, colocar la mitad de las salsas en una fuente para horno.


- Sacar los rótolos del agua, desenvolver y cortar en rodajas de 2 cm con cuchillo afilado. Ir colocando sobre la salsa



- Una vez armada la fuente, cubrir con el resto de la salsa, poner encima queso fresco y llevar a horno caliente durante unos 10'. Sacar del horno, agregar queso rallado y servir.



- Es un plato ideal para cuando hay invitados... Ya que se puede preparar todo un rato antes o incluso el día anterior y calentar en el momento...y estar genial y con la cocina impecable cuando llegan las visitas!!


- También es un plato que, además, admite múltiples rellenos... Ricota y muzzarella, carne, choclo, pollo y jamón, calabaza y queso... Un manjar!!
