  6. Incorporar a la sartén las colas de rapel, el vino, el agua y los guisantes, y dejar cocer a juego medio durante 15 minutos.
  7. Le damos la vuelta a las colas de rapel, y dejamos cocer a fuego bajo, durante otros 10 minutos, pasado ese tiempo, le añadimos por los lados, las gambas y la carne de almejas, y dejar cocer otros 5 minutos más.
  8. Servir caliente, una cola de rapel por persona, y repartir por encima y un lado las gambas, almejas, guisante y salsa, y por el otro lado un huevo duro partido en 4 trozos a lo largo. Este se puede mezclar con el resto del plato, o tomar al final con un poco de mayonesa.
