- Cuando la cebolla esté transparente agregar el choco, mezclar y cocinar unos 5 minutos y condimentar luego apartar del fuego y enfriar un poco, si es necesario cambiar de recipiente


- Batir los 7 huevos y mezclar a la preparación anterior cuando ya esté tibia, incorporar bien y agregar el queso cortado en cubos, probar para rectificar el sabor con más sal o condimentos

- Tener el horno precalentado, aceitar el molde y llevarlo vacío al horno unos minutos hasta que se caliente bien(un truco genial para evitar que se pegue) mi fuente es de 20 por 30

- Espolvorear con queso rallado a gusto y llevar al horno a 180 grados por 20 a 25 minutos, hasta que los bordes estén dorados y al introducir un palillo salga seco, yo no lo dore al queso rallado para que no pierda el dulzor que tiene el pastel pero lo pueden gratinar. Si lo van a cortar en porciones es recomendable que esperen a entibiar
