Echándole la salsa de tomate moviéndolo que se mezcle bien y cocine le añades los chayotes picados en cuadritos y vuelve a mezclar bien dejándolo a fuego bajo en un bol; bata bien los huevos echándole una pizca de sal y los añades al caldero, siempre a fuego bajo ya que los chayotes se rompen rápido.
