- Si es necesario agregamos 1 poquito de agua caliente, muy poco, salpimentamos y añadimos el couz couz, mezclamos bien y por último añadimos el tomate y las hierbas, volvemos a mezclar, apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar 2 minutos.
- Servimos y buen provecho!!👨🍳😉, *se puede añadir un chorrito de aceite de oliva, eso a elección.
